About Me

Below is information to help you feel comfortable and prepared as we start our journey together!

Family Mental Health and Wellbeing

Licensed Therapist

Therapy is my passion and my calling. It is a joy and a privilege to walk with you and share in your life. I work with people of all ages and families in all combinations to help them grow, learn, and thrive together.

I hold a specialized background in Early Childhood Mental Health, meaning I deeply understand how our earliest environments and experiences shape our social-emotional development. I use this foundational knowledge to help clients across the lifespan build secure, healthy relationships—whether we are working through toddlerhood, the teenage years, or adulthood.

Expect that together we will…

  • Strengthen your connections by fostering positive interactions and securing healthy attachments.
  • Address behavioral and relational challenges, whether that means navigating childhood tantrums, setting healthy family boundaries, or improving communication.
  • Prioritize caregiver wellbeing. We will regularly check in on your mental health, your resources, and how your own life experiences inform the way you relate to your family today.

My Approach & Values

My approach to therapy is grounded in the reality of your daily life. I offer both in-office sessions and telehealth because I want therapy to be accessible and practical for your actual, real family. If your life includes toddlers who don’t nap or teenagers who argue, we will work together to find solutions that make sense for your specific family dynamic. (And if we meet via telehealth, messy houses and pets in the background are always welcome!)

I also believe that people grow and change in relationship, and I will enter our relationship with no judgement, with mad respect for you, and full knowledge that YOU are the expert on your family.
